School

I hate school. I went to a community college before Cortland. The work there was not even close to the work I have here. You do not even have second to breathe! Everything here is due the next class. Between Lax and going to class there is only a certain amount of time you have to do you work and just have time to kick back and relax. Also, living in a dorm does not help at all. You have people coming into your room all the time just to talk and hangout. People also do what they want like running up and down the hallway or blasting music when you and others are doing work.

The only thing that is good about this school are the weekends. When you can go out and do whatever you want, especially when you just turned 21. Not saying im an alcoholic or anything but the other night I went out and played beerpong with one of my guy friends. No one was able to beat us. The funny thing is that the next day we played again and no still could beat us. The weekend that jus passed we were 13-0. Anyone want to try? haha... There is so much to do around here at night and on the weekend which makes this school awesome but school work sucks!

Danielle-Lacrosse

I never thought playing a Division 3 Sport was going to be so hard and painful. I am trying out for the Women's Varsity Lacrosse team. The first day of tryouts/fall ball was yesterday. Today I can not feel my legs. Girls for the team last year and the year before said yesterday was the hardest its been. We started out with two lap around the field and then stretched. Then did all this different kind of sprints for about ten minutes. We then did different kinds of stick work. The more sprints. It pretty much came down to stick skills then conditioning. It was deffinitely the worst lacrosse experience.

After the worst lacrosse experience in my life i figured doing laundry at 830pm would be the best time. Man was I wrong. Everyone and the mothers were doing laundry. It is just so different from being home when you can use you laundry machine whenever you want and for free!
